Who is responsible
The Unit inh. Dmitriouk (Einzelfirma), Dolderstrasse 15, 8032 Zürich. Contact: ddmitriouk@gmail.com.
What we collect when you request the free trial
- Your email address, your studio's website and, if you give it, your Instagram handle.
- The screenshots you upload. We store a re-encoded copy without photo metadata.
- Your consent: which text you agreed to, when, and the IP address and browser it came from.
- What we read from your public website and your public class schedule (class names, times, coaches, booked and free places, and public photos from your website).
- The sample stories and the email draft we make from this.
Why
Only to build sample stories for your studio, to send them to you, and to talk to you about the trial and our service. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by email.
Where it goes
- Hostinger: the trial service and its files run on a server in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel (USA): hosts this website and passes the form on to our server.
- Anthropic (USA): your uploaded screenshots are analysed by the Claude API to read your colours and type.
- Google (USA): we prepare and send our emails with Gmail. This website uses Google Analytics to count visits, and loads fonts from Google Fonts and jsDelivr.
- Telegram: Daniel gets a notification with your entries and screenshots on his phone.
Some of these providers are in the USA. For transfers there we rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the provider's standard contractual clauses.
How long
Uploads, readings and drafts are deleted 60 days after your request, unless you become a customer. Emails stay in our mailbox as normal correspondence.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email ddmitriouk@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
